To Reykjavik, for a short but jam packed (and much needed) break in the land of the Midnight Sun.
I'm staying in a fairly interesting looking apartment, complete with green flooring, a horse in the dining room and a duck in the lounge. Cool huh??
4 days of sightseeing, glacier walking, blue lagooning, super jeeping, and nightlife sampling is exactly what I need right now, I am literally so excited! ;-)
I'll be tweeting and instagramming I'm sure (@laurajane7789) but otherwise, I'll catch you when I get back!
WOW - lucky you
ReplyDeleteI can see a stitching project here with some of those funky coloured houses along the sea front

I went to Iceland a million years ago when I was a kid, and it was amazing. I can't even begin to imagine how fab it would be as an adult (especially since they legalised beer in the 1990s!). Have a fab time!

ReplyDeleteI think that the problem with modern day interior decor is the distinct lack of life-sized horse sculpture. Have a great time - it looks fabulous!
